1967-1996 Counts I don't consider 100% accurate but they are close enough. Conditional Class is counted as General as all Conditionals were merged into General by 1979. Tech Plus is counted as Tech. Since this is license counts it don't seperate secondary licenses so each license is treated as a count so total ham count will be off depending on how many had secondary liecnses.
